The Problem

BlueMeg is building a cloud-native compliance platform designed to support multinational corporations operating across multiple jurisdictions. At the core of their mission is the ability to connect reliably with registries around the world, automate complex compliance processes, and adapt quickly to regulatory change.
The challenge was not vision or demand. It was execution. Finding developers with the right mix of technical skill and domain understanding proved difficult. The platform required specialists comfortable with TypeScript, custom YAML configurations, and process automation within a compliance-heavy environment. Without the right team in place, scaling the platform would remain a bottleneck.

Our Approach
