The Problem

WSD Capacity operates in a highly competitive and structurally constrained market. The European logistics sector faces a persistent shortage of qualified drivers, while demand from transport companies continues to rise. For WSD, growth depended on solving both sides of the equation simultaneously: finding drivers willing to work across borders and securing reliable clients who needed that capacity.
Traditional marketing approaches were not enough. The challenge wasn’t visibility alone — it was building a system that could attract talent, convince clients, and support operational scale in a market defined by scarcity.

Our Approach

We took ownership of the entire marketing function, working closely with WSD as an embedded partner rather than an external service provider. The focus extended beyond promotion into strategy, positioning, and execution across both talent and client acquisition.
Our work spanned performance marketing campaigns to attract drivers from Romania for the European market, brand narrative development to establish trust with clients, and ongoing advisory input to align marketing decisions with business realities. Every campaign, message, and channel was evaluated through the lens of operational impact, not vanity metrics.

What We Built

We developed and managed a full marketing engine that supported WSD’s core business objectives. This included performance-driven campaigns aimed at recruiting drivers, messaging frameworks that addressed industry pain points, and marketing assets designed to speak clearly to both talent and clients.
Alongside execution, we advised on broader business strategy, ensuring that marketing efforts aligned with capacity planning and market demand. The result was not a collection of campaigns, but a structured system that could be adjusted as market conditions changed.

Impact Over Time

Over time, marketing became a dependable growth lever rather than a reactive effort. WSD strengthened its presence in the European market, improved its ability to attract qualified drivers, and positioned itself as a reliable partner for companies facing capacity shortages.
Most importantly, marketing shifted from being a support function to becoming an integrated part of how the business operates and grows.
